Tränensack-Nasenhöhlen-Anastomose bei der Dakryozysto-Rhinostomie. In Kombination
mit einer U-förmigen Canaliculus-Intubation, ist hierdurch eine direkte, komplette
Intubation der Tränenwege möglich.
Summary
A new Y-shaped tubing system used to hold open the anastomosis between the lacrimal
sac and the nasal cavity after dacryocystorhinostomy is described. In combination
with a U-shaped bicanalicular intubation it permits complete intubation of the nasolacrimal
ducts.
