Tonographische Nachkontrolle nach Lasertrabekuloplastik

Zusammenfassung

Bei 62 Augen mit Offenwinkelglaukom haben wir vor und einen Monat nach der Lasertrabekuloplastik eine Tonographie durchgeführt. Während gesamthaft gesehen keine signifikante Beeinflussung der Abflußfazilität (C_L3-₇) erfolgte, reagierten Augen mit präoperativ pathologischer Abflußfazilität auf die Lasertrabekuloplastik zumindest tonographisch deutlich besser als Augen mit vor dem Eingriff normalen Tonographiewerten. Die mögliche Bedeutung dieser Resultate für die Indikationsstellung der Lasertrabekuloplastik wird diskutiert.

Summary

On 62 eyes with open-angle glaucoma the authors performed tonography one month before and after laser trabeculoplasty. While, generally speaking, there was no significant influence on outflow facility, the eyes with preoperative pathologic outflow facility reacted better after the laser trabeculoplasty, at least tonographically, than the eyes with initially normal tonography results. The possible significance of these results with regard to indication for laser trabeculoplasty is discussed.
