Osteochondrosis dissecans des Taluskopfes - Eine Falldarstellung

Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz der Osteochondrosis dissecans des Talus (ODT) beträgt 0,9 %, die häufigste Lokalisation der Läsion liegt im Bereich der dorsomedialen Talusrolle. Sie wird meist mit einem traumatischen Ereignis in Zusammenhang gebracht. Es wird der seltene Fall eines 30 Jahre jungen Mannes vorgestellt, bei dem aufgrund einer ODT im Bereich des Taluskopfes eine Revision des Talonavikulargelenkes und Exzision des Dissekates (Grad 3 Läsion nach Berndt und Harty) und Mikrofrakturierung durchgeführt wurde. Der Patient ist seither anhaltend beschwerdefrei.

Abstract

Incidence of osteochondritis dissecans of the talus (ODT) ranges to 0.9 %, most often located in the region of the dorsomedial aspect of the talar dome. ODT is frequently discussed as a sequel of trauma. We present the rare case of a 30 year young patient suffering from ODT of the talar head without history of trauma. Revision of the talonacvicular joint and excision of the stage 3 lesion according to Berndt and Harty and microfracturing were performed. Since the operative procedure the patient is free of any complaints.
