Introduction

Cases with pericardial cyst have been reported by many authors, but the incidence of epicardial cysts originating directly from the epicardium is extremely rare, with only a few cases reported until now [[1], [2], [3]]. We report a recent case of epicardial cyst with constrictive pericarditis. The cyst wall was partially resected and the cyst drained.
