Zusammenfassung
Rekonstruktionen der Rotatorenmanschette sind häufig durchgeführte Operationen an
der oberen Extremität. Der Artikel untersucht, welche Vorgehensweise in der Rehabilitation
der Rotatorenmanschettennaht angewandt werden sollte. Die vorliegenden Studien lassen
erkennen, dass die Nachbehandlung am besten im schmerzfreien Bereich stattfindet.
Früh-aktive Behandlungsformen scheinen keinen Nachteil gegenüber regressiven Verfahren
zu haben.
Abstract
Rotator cuff reconstructions are common surgical procedures of the upper extremity.
The article investigates which approach should be employed in the rehabilitation of
rotator cuff sutures. The results of the existing studies show that postoperative
treatment is best carried out in pain free range. Early active treatment modalities
seem to have no adverse effects compared to regressive interventions.
