1 Hintergrund
1.1 Ziel, Zielgruppe und Methode
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Anwendung des Cardiotokogramms (CTG) zur Überwachung des ungeborenen Kindes auf der Basis evidenzbasierter Methoden zu standardisieren. Dies erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Einflussfaktoren auf das CTG, unter Verwendung einheitlicher Definitionen und objektiver Bewertungsmöglichkeiten sowie durch Hinweise auf vorgeschaltete Diagnostik und additive Überwachungsverfahren.
Zielgruppe dieses Konsensuspapiers sind alle Berufsgruppen, die mit Hilfe einer CTG-Registrierung Schwangerschaft und Geburt überwachen und beurteilen.
Methode: Die Erstellung dieser Leitlinie erfolgte unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der bisherigen Empfehlungen [62], der FIGO-Richtlinien [42] [60], der Richtlinien des Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists [61], des National Institute of Child Health and Human Development [52] und des American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists [2] [3] sowie - soweit vorliegend - evidenzbasierter Daten. Der Grad der Evidenz ist wie folgt angegeben:
