Zusammenfassung

Anatomische und physiologische Beobachtungen erlauben, die Hüfte als fasziales Gelenk einzuordnen. Dysfunktionen der Hüfte sind demnach meist sekundärer Art. Durch eine quantitativen und qualitativen faszialen Test lässt sich die Hüfte untersuchen und deren weitere Entwicklung prognostizieren. Kompression bei Hypermobilität und Traktion bei Hypomobilität unter Berücksichtigung der Faszilität erweisen sich als wirksame Behandlungstechniken.

The Fascial Test and Treatment of the Hip Joint

Anatomical and physiological observations show that the hip can be classified as a fascial joint. Dysfunctions of the hip are therefore usually of a secondary character. A quantitative and qualitative fascial test enables examination of the hip and provides a prognosis of its further development. Taking into consideration the fascial character of the hip joint, compression of a hypermobile hip and traction of the hypomobile hip have proved to be effective therapy techniques.

Le test fascial et le traitement de l'articulation de la hanche

Des observations anatomiques et physiologiques permettent de classifier la hanche comme une articulation fasciale. Les dysfonctions de la hanche sont alors dans la plupart du temps d'ordre secondaire. A l'aide d'un test fascial quantitatif et qualitatif, on peut examiner la hanche et établir un prognostic sur le développement à venir. La compression pour une hypermobilité et la traction pour l'hypomobilité en tenant compte de l'élasticité fasciale se révèlent comme des techniques de traitement efficaces.
