Lernziele
Seit einigen Jahren gibt es große Fortschritte im Verständnis der Pathophysiologie und der Klinik von Kopf- und Gesichtsschmerzen. Aus diesem Grunde wurden Kopfschmerzentitäten zum Teil neu definiert beziehungsweise entsprechend ihrer klinischen Ausprägung in der neuen Nomenklatur der Internationalen Kopfschmerzgesellschaft umgruppiert [1]. In die Gruppe der trigemino-autonomen Kopfschmerzen (TACS), das heißt Schmerzen, die im Kopf und Gesicht wahrgenommen werden und mit vegetativen Begleiterscheinungen einhergehen, gehören:
Episodischer und chronischer Clusterkopfschmerz Chronische paroxysmale Hemikranie Hemicrania continua SUNCT-Syndrom (Short lasting Unilateral Neuralgiform headache with Conjunctival injection and Tearing)
Im Folgenden sollen die wichtigsten klinischen Symptome, die operationalen Definitionen, die Pathophysiologie und die Behandlung beziehungsweise die Prophylaxe der entsprechenden Schmerzformen dargestellt werden.
