Bei einer 54-jährigen Patientin, die sich anlässlich einer Kontrollkoloskopie 3 Tage nach einem endoskopischen Eingriff vorstellte, zeigte sich folgender überraschender Befund im Rektum (Abb. [1]). Die Patientin war subjektiv beschwerdefrei, klinisch und paraklinisch bestanden zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung keine Auffälligkeiten.
