Intraabdominelles kavernöses Lymphangiom im Kindesalter

Zusammenfassung

Intraabdominelle kavernöse und zystische Lymphangiome sind selten. Es handelt sich um den Fallbericht eines 5-jährigen Knaben. Die Operation erfolgte unter dem Bild eines unklaren Tumors, welcher den gesamten Bauchraum ausgefüllt hatte. Nach Operation und vollständiger pathohistologischer Aufarbeitung wurde die Diagnose kavernöses Lymphangiom gestellt. Bisherige Sonographiekontrollen waren ohne Nachweis erneuter abdomineller Raumforderungen.

Abstract

The case of a 5-year-old boy with a rare intraabdominal lymphangioma is reported. After sonographic and MRT examination revealed a septated cystic mass, occupying the abdominal cavity, the patient underwent a laparotomy. Gross and microscopic examination revealed a cavernous lymphangioma. At the present time sonography has not shown any evidence of reccurence.
