Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein System zur Oberflächenkühlung während der Lasertherapie kutaner Hämangiome
vorgestellt. Das System besteht aus einem geschlossenen Kühlsystem und einem von einer
Propylenglykollösung durchflossenen Glasspatel. Das Kühlsystem erlaubt gegenüber der
üblichen Kühlung mit Eis eine Lasertherapie unter konstanteren Bedingungen.
Summary
A system for surface cooling during laser surgery of cutaneous haemangiomas is presented.
The system consists of a closed cooling unit with a glass spatula perfused with Propylenglycol.
The system allows a constant and controlled cooling of the surface of the haemangioma
during laser therapy.
