Das Einklemmungstrauma aus notärztlicher Sicht - ein Überblick

Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit „Einklemmungstrauma” stellen in medizinischer wie einsatztaktischer Hinsicht für die Rettungsdienstkräfte eine ganz besondere Herausforderung dar. Dies ergibt sich u. a. aus dem Zusammenwirken völlig unterschiedlicher Hilfskräfte auf engstem Raum bei gleichzeitig hohem Verletzungsschweregrad der Patienten sowie eingeschränktem räumlichen Zugang zum Patienten. Diese Übersicht soll eine Einführung in die Problematik des „Einklemmungstraumas” aus notfallmedizinischer Sicht geben.

Entrapment Trauma from the Trauma Anaesthesiologists Point of View - a Survey

With regard to medical as well as tactical aspects, patients with „entrapment trauma” are a very special challenge for the trauma anaesthesiologist and the EMS personnel. This is a result of a high degree of injury severity, limited access to the entraped trauma victim and the cooperation of EMS personnel and firefighters on a very restricted area. This survey gives a introduction to the topic „entrapment trauma” from the trauma anaesthesiologists point of view.
