Zusammenfassung
Anhand einer Kasuistik wird die homöopathische Behandlung einer Purpura Schönlein-Henoch
bei einem 12 Jahre alten Jungen demonstriert. Die Diagnosestellung wurde aufgrund
des späten Auftretens der typischen Effloreszenzen deutlich verzögert. Komplikationen
in Form abdomineller Koliken und einer Nierenbeteiligung mit Proteinurie konnten dann
aber positiv durch die homöopathische Therapie beeinflusst werden.
Summary
On the basis of a case report of a 12 year old boy the homeopathic treatment of Henoch
Schonlein purpura is demonstrated. The diagnosis was considerably delayed due to the
late onset of typical skin lesions. Complications such as abdominal colics and renal
involvement with proteinuria were positively influenced by homeopathic treatment.
