Die Sonografie des Pankreas stellt einen wesentlichen Bestandteil der Diagnostik von Pankreaserkrankungen dar, der im Zusammenhang mit Anamnese, Klinik und Labordiagnostik bewertet werden muss. Der Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die physiologische Darstellung und pathologische Organveränderungen im Ultraschall.
