Zusammenfassung

Die arthrogene Muskelinhibition verhindert nicht nur, dass Sportler nach Verletzungen zeitnah wieder zu ihrem Sport zurückkehren, sondern hat auch Auswirkungen auf alltägliche Aktivitäten. Zum Beispiel sind vor allem ältere Menschen durch eine AMI und deren Konsequenzen sturzgefährdeter. Es gilt also, eine AMI möglichst zu vermeiden oder zumindest zu begrenzen.
