Einleitung

Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome der Augenadnexe können sowohl primär als auch sekundär als okuläre Manifestation eines generalisierten Lymphoms auftreten. Der häufigste Lymphomtyp ist das extranodale B-Zell-Lymphom vom Marginalzonenlymphomtyp mit Beteiligung der Bindehaut, Orbita, Tränendrüse wie auch der Augenlider. In der vorliegenden Arbeit stellen wir einen 85-jährigen Patienten mit orbitalem Marginalzonenlymphom vor, das mit einer niedrig dosierten Radiotherapie von 2 × 2 Gy erfolgreich behandelt wurde.
