Es wird ein für die IBM 7074 erstelltes, der Wertbemessung biologisch aktiver Wirkstoffe
bei alternativem Effekt dienendes Programm beschrieben. Typische Anwendungsbeispiele
werden geschildert. Das Modell, der Vergleich mehrerer Logdosis-Probit-Regressionsgeraden,
wird in mathematisch anspruchsloser Weise besprochen, seine Annahmen werden diskutiert,
seine iterativen Schätzverfahren begründet. Hinweise zur Interpretation seiner Prüfverfahren
werden gegeben.
Das Programm enthält eine Reihe von Fehlerprüfungen, da es als Routineverfahren störungsfrei
laufen muß. Das dokumentationsgerecht gestaltete Befundformular und die Ausgabelisten
werden demonstriert.
A program for the comparative evaluation of biologically active substances at alternative
effect level has been written for the IBM 7074. Typical examples of its applications
are described. The underlying model, a comparison of several log dosage-Probit-regression
slopes, is explained in a mathematically unaspiring way, its assumptions are discussed,
and reasons are stated for its iterative method of — estimating the parameters. Advice
is offered on the interpretation of its statistical tests. The program contains a
series of error checks to ensure that it works reliably as a routine method. The input
form, fitted for the purposes of documentation, and the listing of the output data
are demonstrated.
