Dokumentationsmögliclikeit statischer Röntgenbilder mittels elektronischer Datenverarbeitung (EDV)

Es wird ein möglicher Weg zur automatischen Dokumentation (Befundung, Aufbewahrung, Wiederbeschaffung) des Thorax-Übersichtsröntgenbildes mittels EDV beschrieben. Die Grundlage der Befundung besteht im Vergleich von Hell-Dunkelgrenzen eines digital gespeicherten Normbildes mit dem zu untersuchenden Patientenbild. Die Speicherung oder Aufbewahrung der Bilder geschieht durch ein elektronisches Abbildungssystem auf Magnetplatten; die Wiederbeschaffung erfolgt durch Aufscheinenlassen des Bildes imd/oder des Befundes auf einem Sichtgerät mit der Möglichkeit der Bildfotografierung.

The author describes a possible way of automated documentation (evaluation, storage, retrieval) of a. p. chest X-rays with the aid of EDP. The evaluation is based on the comparison of the contrasts of a digitally stored reference picture with the patient picture to be examined. The pictures are stored on magnetic discs by an electronic system and retrieved by making the picture and/or the findings reappear on a display device with the possibility of photographic reproduction.
