Zusammenfassung
Die frontalen Projektionsflächen von Schilddrüsen wurden nach Radiojodgabe mit Hilfe
der Szintigraphie in vivo bestimmt. Durch Vergleich konnte gezeigt werden, daß
1. der rechte Schilddrüsenlappen in etwa 80% aller Fälle größer ist als der linke,
und daß
2. im Durchschnitt die Schilddrüse als Ganzes nach rechts verschoben ist. Beide Ergebnisse
konnten statistisch gesichert werden.
Summary
Following administration of radioiodine, the frontal projections of the thyroid gland
were determined in vivo using thyroid scanning. A comparison showed:
1. that in 80% of all cases the right lobe of the thyroid is larger than the left,
and
(2) that, on the average, the gland as a whole is shifted to the right. Both observations
are statistically significant.
Résumé
Après une administration de l’iode radioactif la projection frontale de la glande
thyroïdienne a été déterminée par scintigraphie in vivo. La comparaison des cas a
montré que:
1. Le lobe droit, en 80% des cas à peu près, est plus grand que le lobe gauche.
2. En moyenne, la glande thyroïdienne est transposée vers le côté droit. Les résultats
ont été verifiés au point de vue statistique.
