Zusammenfassung
Nach der gleichzeitigen subkutanen Injektion von Radiogoldkolloid und Hyaluronidase
in beide Fußrücken lassen sich die Lymphonodi inguinales, ilici und aortae szintigraphisch
abbilden. Die Leberablagerung von Radiogold ist ein Zeichen für den weiteren Abfluß
des Au198 über den Ductus thoracicus in den Blutkreislauf.
Summary
Following the combined subcutaneous injection of colloidal radiogold and hyaluronidase
into the backs of both feet, the inguinal, iliacal and aortic lymph nodes are depicted
scintigraphically. The position of radiogold in the liver indicates further transport
of Au198 via the thoracic duct into the general circulation.
Résumé
Après l’injection sous-cutanée et simultanée du colloide de l’or radioactif et de
l’hyaluronidase dans les dos des deux pieds on peut faire visibles les ganglions de
l’aine et ceux de l’artère iliaque et de l’aorte par voie scintigraphique. Le dépôt
de l’or radioactif dans le foie est une preuve pour un écoulement de l’Au198 par le canal thoracique dans la circulation du sang.
