Zusammenfassung

Langzeitstudien bestätigen die Methode der acetabulären und femoralen Rekonstruktion durch Knochentransplantate. So ist eine erfolgreiche Wiederherstellung des knöchernen Lagers sowohl acetabulär als auch femoral möglich und in Verbindung mit zementierten Implantaten die Methode der Wahl der Hüftgelenks-Revisionchirurgie.

Summary

Acetabular and femoral reconstruction with impacted morsellised cancellous grafts and cement gives satisfactory long-term results. This reconstruction method is be directed to replace the loss of bone, to repair the hip mechanics to obtain stability with the use of cement. That is why the cement revision of total-hip-arthroplasty in rheumatoid or arthritis is the method of choice.
