Zusammenfassung

AKTUELLE SITUATION: Die Resultate nach der Rehabilitation von am Kreuzband operierten Athleten sind ernüchternd. Bei High-Risk-Sportarten wie Fußball beträgt die Rerupturrate bis zu 30 Prozent [9]. Viele Athleten kehren mit Kraft- und Koordinationsdefiziten auf das Spielfeld zurück [33] und können nicht mehr an ihr ursprüngliches Leistungsniveau anknüpfen [26]. Mit Meilensteinen steigern Therapeuten adäquat – und werden Patienten wieder fit.
