Anamnese

Ein 54-jähriger Patient aus Armenien stellte sich zur Abklärung seiner Beschwerden zunächst in einer auswärtigen neurochirurgischen Ambulanz vor. Vor 2 ½ Jahren war bei ihm wegen einer Leberzirrhose infolge einer Hepatitis C in Minsk/Weißrussland eine Lebertransplantation durchgeführt worden, seitdem wurde er immunsuppressiv mit Tacrolimus (aktuell 2 mg/Tag) behandelt. Außerdem war ein insulinpflichtiger Diabetes mellitus bekannt.
