Replikation der psychometrischen Gütekriterien des ICF-PsychA&P

Zusammenfassung

Ziel der Studie: Ziel der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation ist die Wiederherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit, die mithilfe der Interna­tionalen Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit (ICF) detailliert beschrieben werden kann. Für den Routineeinsatz eignen sich auf der ICF basierende Assessmentinstrumente. In diesem Beitrag werden die Testeigenschaften des Selbsteinschätzungsinstruments zur Erfassung von Aktivitäten und Partizipation bei Patienten mit psychischen Störungen (ICF-PsychA&P) dargestellt.

Methodik: Beschrieben wird die psychometrische Überprüfung der 31-Item-Version des ICF-PsychA&P an einer Stichprobe von n=1 270 Patienten in stationärer psychosomatischer Rehabilitation.

Ergebnisse: Der ICF-PsychA&P erfasst mit insgesamt 31 Items die Subskalen Funktionsfähigkeit, Kommunikation, Mobilität, Beziehungen, Freizeit und Interaktion. Die Skalenstruktur wurde konfirmatorisch überprüft und es zeigten sich gute interne Konsistenzen für die 6 Subskalen und den Gesamtwert.

Schlussfolgerung: Mit dem ICF-PsychA&P können Aktivitäten und Teilhabe von Patienten in psychosomatischer Rehabilitation reliabel und valide im Selbstbericht erfasst werden.

Abstract

Objective: The ICF provides a useful basis for the description of the mulitfacetted psychosocial impairments for patients with mental disorders. The objectives of this study were the development and psychometric testing of a self-rating instrument that quantifies activity and participation for patients with mental disorders (ICF-MentalA&P).

Methods: The psychometric testing of the 31-item version of the ICF-MentalA&P including a sample of n=1 270 patients in psychosomatic rehabilitation treatment are described.

Results: The ICF-MentalA&P contains 31 items comprising the subscales functioning, communication, mobility, relationships, leisure and interaction. These were validated by confirmatory factor analysis and showed good internal consistencies.

Conclusion: The ICF-MentalA&P is a reliable and valid instrument that measures activities and participation of patients with mental disorders using self-ratings on the basis of the ICF.
