Der venolymphatische Pumpmechanismus: Denkmodell oder Wirklichkeit?

Philosophie ist die „Liebe zur Weisheit“. Eng im Zusammenhang damit steht der wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisprozess, wobei Phänomene beobachtet, daraus Verknüpfungen getätigt sowie Hypothesen und Theorien erstellt werden. Letztendlich entsteht ein Konzept, woraus sich Denkmodelle ableiten lassen und (Behandlungs-)Methoden ergeben. Vor ca. 25 Jahren hat Piet Dijs ein Denkmodell über die Hämodynamik der Wirbelsäule und des Kraniums vorgestellt, dem er den Namen „venolymphatischer Pumpmechanismus“ (VLP) gegeben hat. Ich habe dies aufgegriffen und will im Folgenden die Erkenntnisse in diesem Zusammenhang beschreiben, das Denkmodell in seiner ursprünglichen Form darstellen, eigene Erfahrungen integrieren und einen Ausblick geben, in welche Richtung der Erkenntnisprozess gehen kann, um dieses anzupassen bzw. zu verifizieren.
