Zusammenfassung
Angiografisch gestützte operative Eingriffe gewinnen im Kardiovaskularbereich zunehmend
an Bedeutung. Hybrideingriffe in Hybrid-Operationssälen sind ein mittlerweile allgegenwärtiges
Thema auf nationalen wie internationalen Kongressen. Einige wenige Krankenhäuser haben
bereits das Projekt „Hybrid“-OP realisiert, einige befinden sich in der Planung. Mit
der vorliegenden Arbeit werden betriebswirtschaftliche und logistische Aspekte von
der Planung bis zur Einführung einer solchen Einrichtung aus Sicht einer Krankenhausgeschäftsführung
beleuchtet.
Abstract
Currently, interventional (angiographically-guided) therapies have become more and
more important in cardiovascular medicine. Hybrid procedures in hybrid operating rooms
(ORs) have now become major topics at national and international meetings. A few hospitals
have already implemented the project “hybrid OR”, in some institutions the system
is still in the planning stage. The aim of our article is to present the hospital
management point of view, and thus, to focus on the economic and logistic issues from
planning through to implementation.
