Die Netzhautablösung als wichtiger, potenziell zur Erblindung führender ophthalmologischer Notfall war im vorigen Heft in einem Beitrag über die Vorstufen und begleitenden Veränderungen, die Symptomatik und die klinische Diagnostik vorgestellt worden. Dieser Artikel thematisiert nun die Behandlung der Netzhautablösung in der Praxis mit Darstellung von OP-Techniken, Nachsorge, Ergebnissen und möglichen Komplikationen.
