Die Delphi-Technik ist eine vielschichtige Forschungsmethode mit verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Anwendungsgebieten und entsprechend unterschiedlicher Umsetzung in Design und praktischer Durchführung. Im vorliegenden 1. Teil werden die verschiedenen Einsatzmöglichkeiten und die daraus resultierenden Entscheidungen zum Design der Befragung beleuchtet. Der 2. Teil ist der praktischen Umsetzung gewidmet.
