Pyogenes Granulom des Daumens nach Bissverletzung durch ein Schaf

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem Patienten mit großem pyogenem Granulom des Daumens ca. 3 Monate nach Bissverletzung durch ein Schaf wurde der Defekt nach zweimaliger Resektion mit Spalthaut gedeckt. Eine zunächst diskutierte Amputation konnte hierdurch vermieden und ein sehr gutes funktionelles und ästhetisches Ergebnis nach mehrmonatigem Verlauf erzielt werden.

Abstract

In the case of a patient with a large pyogenic granuloma of the thumb about three months after the bite of a sheep, we covered the defect after resection with a split thickness skin graft. Although at first amputation was discussed, after a few months a very good functional and aesthetic result was achieved.
