Zusatztherapie mit computerunterstütztem Trainingssystem im Vergleich zu ergotherapeutischer Armgruppentherapie

Zusammenfassung
Viele Patienten nach Schlaganfall vernachlässigen ihren betroffenen Arm im Therapiealltag und üben lieber das Gehen. Für diese Patienten gibt es neben herkömmlicher Armtherapie auch computerunterstützte Trainingssysteme, die ihnen bei der motorischen Erholung helfen. In dieser Praxisstudie untersuchte Christoph Hollenstein die Effekte eines computerunterstützten Trainingssystems verglichen mit herkömmlicher ergotherapeutischer Armtherapie in einer Gruppe, die er Patienten mit Hemiparese als Zusatztherapie während der Rehabilitationszeit anbot.
