Significance
A synthetical route to N-fused pyrroloheterocycles by a palladium-catalyzed, two-component reaction is described. In this cascade, a cross-coupling reaction of an aryl halide with a propagylic ester or ether is followed by a 5-endo-dig cyclization leading to various fully-substituted pyrroles.
