Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten von einem 4-jährigen Jungen, welcher nach einem
Thoraxtrauma unter Reanimationsbedingungen in unsere Klinik eingeliefert wurde
und im weiteren Verlauf verstarb. Die extrem seltene Diagnose einer
Ventrikelseptumruptur als Todesursache wurde letztendlich durch die
Rechtsherzkatheteruntersuchung gesichert.
Abstract
We report of a 4-year-old child, who was admitted under
resuscitation to our emergency unit after blunt chest injury and died in the
sequel. The extremely rare diagnosis of a ventricular septum rupture as cause
of death was in the end made by cardiac catheter.
