Zusammenfassung
Sprunggelenkschmerzen können unter anderem mechanisch durch ein Einklemmen zwischen Tibia und Talus verursacht werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit erläutert dieses Impingement-Syndrom und stellt dessen Diagnose und chirurgische Therapie dar. Außerdem wird eine in der Literatur bislang fehlende passende Physiotherapie vorgeschlagen.
Abstract
Among others ankle pain can mechanically be caused by an impingement between tibia and talus. This article explains this impingement syndrome and portrays its diagnosis and surgical management. In addition, an in literature to date missing suitable physiotherapy is suggested.
