Case-Report und Review of Literature - Stanzbioptisch induzierte AV-Fistel in der Brust

Einführung

Die minimalinvasive Abklärung von Herdbefunden in der Brust mittels Stanzbiopsie ist eine sichere und schnelle Methode, die Dignität dieser Befunde zu bestimmen. Die ultraschallgesteuerte Stanzbiopsie non palpabler Läsionen ist die häufigste Form der bioptischen Sicherung unklarer Herde der Brust. In nur seltenen Fällen kommt es bei dieser Methode zu ernsthaften Komplikationen.

Wir beschreiben den Fall einer 32-jährigen Patientin, bei der sich im Anschluss an eine Stanzbiopsie eine AV Fistel gebildet hat. In der Literatur ist bisher nur ein ähnlicher Fall erwähnt [1].
