Case Description

A 13-year-old male patient presented to the pediatric department with nasal obstruction for the previous two weeks and progressive difficulty breathing. The clinical examination revealed a livid, shiny mass behind the uvula and an endonasal polypoid mass on the left side. A cranial MRI confirmed the diagnosis of a left-sided JNA (Fig [1]).
