Introduction

Intracranial capillary hemangiomas are rare, benign vascular tumors, with intraparenchymal cases being exceptionally uncommon [1]. These lesions often mimic aggressive pathologies like metastases due to associated vasogenic edema and radiological features. Accurate diagnosis typically requires histopathological confirmation following surgical excision. Here, we report a unique case of a small intraparenchymal capillary hemangioma in a 71-year-old woman, emphasizing its diagnostic challenges and treatment approach.
