Angehörige als aktive Beteiligte im Weaningprozess

Die schrittweise Entwöhnung von erwachsenen Patient*innen von der mechanischen Beatmung ist ein kritischer Abschnitt des Intensivaufenthalts. In der Literatur wird beschrieben, dass die Einbindung von Angehörigen positive Effekte auf den Behandlungsverlauf haben kann. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet Chancen, Herausforderungen und pflegerische Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten einer familienzentrierten Weaningpraxis.
