Zusammenfassung

Der Schulterschrittmacher bietet eine effektive Unterstützung zur Behandlung der funktionellen posterioren Schulterinstabilität. Durch die gezielte Muskelstimulation verbessert er die neuromuskuläre Kontrolle und kann die Rehabilitationszeit verkürzen. Ein Verständnis für den Instabilitätsmechanismus und ein individuell abgestimmtes Training sind entscheidend für den Therapieerfolg.
