Sport statt Couch – aktuelle Empfehlungen für das Management von Gehirnerschütterungen

Zusammenfassung
Während man bis vor wenigen Jahren nach einer sportbezogenen Gehirnerschütterung absolute Ruhe verordnete, sind die Empfehlungen heute wesentlich differenzierter. An einem Fallbeispiel erklären die Autorinnen, was sich bei der Therapie geändert hat.
