Problematische Essmuster bei Sportlerinnen

Im Gegensatz zur Allgemeinbevölkerung achten viele Sportlerinnen sehr auf eine gesunde Ernährung mit viel Gemüse, Obst und Samen. Gerade für sie kann das allerdings gesundheitlich problematisch sein. Das gilt nicht nur für Leistungs- und Profisportlerinnen, sondern generell für die sportlich aktive Frau.
