Von der Spastik zum UMNS – Kritische Reflexion des Spastik-Begriffs

Studien belegen, dass die klassische Spastik-Definition und daraus abgeleitete Tests weder klinisch noch funktionell relevant sind. Ein Plädoyer für die Nutzung des Begriffs „Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndrom“ – denn nur die Gesamtschau aller Symptome ist zielführend.
