Skillsketten zur Behandlung von nicht-suizidalem selbstverletzenden Verhalten – Schritt für Schritt

Die Erarbeitung von Skillsketten zur Reduktion von nicht-suizidalem selbstverletzendem Verhalten (NSSV) und der Behandlung einer Affektregulationsstörung ist eine etablierte Methode in der Psychotherapie. Patient*innen sollen durch Skills dabei unterstützt werden, funktionaler mit psychischem/emotionalem Stress umzugehen, Emotionen zu regulieren und alternative Fertigkeiten zu etablieren, um selbstschädigende Verhaltensweisen Schritt für Schritt durch Skills zu ersetzen. Randomisiert-kontrollierte Studien zeigten die Wirksamkeit dieser Methode bei Betroffenen.
