Zusammenfassung

Das hormonelle System ist hochkomplex und vielfältig vernetzt. Endokrine Störungen nehmen auch aufgrund unseres Lebensstils, externer Störfaktoren sowie Fremdsubstanzen zu und erfordern daher ein entsprechend multimodales Vorgehen. Die Speicheldiagnostik ist jener mittels Blut und Urin überlegen und liefert wertvolle Hinweise über die tatsächliche Regulationssituation. Damit ermöglicht sie unter Berücksichtigung des klinischen Kontexts sowie der vielen potenziellen Einflussfaktoren konkrete und individuelle therapeutische Ansätze zur Rebalancierung des Endokriniums.

Abstract

The hormonal system is highly complex and interconnected in many ways. Endocrine disruptions are also increasing due to our lifestyle, external interfering factors as well as foreign substances and therefore require a corresponding multimodal approach. Diagnostically, saliva diagnostics is superior to diagnostics using blood and urine and provides valuable information about the actual regulatory situation. Thus, taking into account the clinical context as well as the many potential influencing factors, it makes concrete and individualized therapeutic approaches possible for rebalancing the endocrine system.
