Acht Thesen zur Behandlung der Bulimie

Für das Krankheitsbild der Bulimia nervosa sind eigentlich überzeugende ätiologische Modelle verfügbar, daneben gibt es gut evaluierte, störungsspezifische Behandlungsansätze. Dennoch ist gerade bei jungen Psychotherapeut*innen immer wieder große Verunsicherung über die richtige Behandlung spürbar und das bunte Bild der Symptomatik verleitet zu unnötig komplizierten Ursachenvermutungen. Im Folgenden soll die Behandlung der Bulimie thesenartig dargestellt werden.
