Schlaganfall: Logistik in der Thrombektomie-Ära

Abstract

Die mechanische Thrombektomie hat die Akutbehandlung des ischämischen Schlaganfalls revolutioniert. Schwerbetroffene Patienten mit einem Großgefäßverschluss (GGV) können von der Behandlung erheblich profitieren, die aber nur in einem Teil der Stroke Units in Deutschland angeboten wird. Von überragender Bedeutung ist eine möglichst optimale Organisation der lokalen Versorgungs- und Behandlungsnetzwerke. Gerade bei Thrombektomiepatienten ist die Logistik sowohl in der Prähospitalphase als auch initial im Krankenhaus herausfordernd.
