Andrada Seicean et al. Contrast-enhanced harmonic versus standard endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration in solid pancreatic lesions: a single-center prospective randomized trial

In 148 patients randomized to endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) vs. contrast-enhanced harmonic EUS (CH-EUS)-guided FNA for solid pancreatic lesions, diagnostic rates were similar, and no improvement was seen when guiding FNA by CH-EUS.
