Haben orale Kontrazeptiva einen Stellenwert für die Prophylaxe und Therapie der Endometriose?

Trotz guter Erfahrungen in der klinischen Praxis gibt es aktuell auch Zweifel am Nutzen der Anwendung von kombinierten östrogenhaltigen Kontrazeptiva (KOK) bei Dysmenorrhö, wenn diese ein Symptom der Endometriose ist [1].
