Okuläres vernarbendes Schleimhautpemphigoid – ein Fallbericht

Hintergrund

Wir berichten über eine 83-jährige Patientin, die an beiden Augen an einer vermeintlichen chronischen Konjunktivitis litt, welche sich als ein okuläres vernarbendes Pemphigoid (ocular cicatricial pemphigoid, OCP) herausstellte. Das OCP oder Mucous Membrane Pemphigoid (MMP) ist eine multisystemische Autoimmunerkrankung, die zu einer Gruppe chronischer Autoimmundermatosen gehört [1]. Das MMP manifestiert sich klinisch an den Schleimhäuten von Mundhöhle, Larynx, Pharynx, Ösophagus, Nase, anogenital und der Konjunktiva [2]. Auch die Haut kann betroffen sein.
