Der gynäkologische Notfall – Teil 2: gynäkologische Ursachen des unklaren Abdomens

Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel stellt wichtige Differenzialdiagnosen des typischen Präsentationssymptoms beim gynäkologischen Notfall – das unklare Abdomen der Frau – anhand von Szenarien aus dem prä- und innerklinischen Bereich vor: extrauterine Schwangerschaft, Pelvic inflammatory Disease (PID), Ovarialtorsion, Ovarialzystenruptur und Dysmenorrhö.

Abstract

Gynecological emergencies are rare situations for the emergency physician in the prehospital setting and in the emergency department. This article presents relevant emergencies of gynecology: ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), ovarian torsion, ruptured ovarian cyst and dysmenorrhea. Furthermore, important differential diagnoses are explained. The aim is to provide a structured approach to deal with these patients. In addition, the basic knowledge of the subsequent gynecological treatment will be taught.
