Zusammenfassung
Die erfolgreiche Einführung von Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen des Betrieblichen
Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) stellen insbesondere Unternehmen mit dezentraler Organisation
vor große Herausforderungen. Die FAW gGmbH, Akademie Jena, versucht, sich dieser Problematik
über verschiedene Wege und Akteure zu nähern. Tägliche Herausforderungen bleiben dabei
die Allokationsproblematik, das grundsätzliche BGM-Verständnis jedes Mitarbeitenden
sowie das Sichtbarmachen von Aktivitäten rund um die Mitarbeitergesundheit.
Summary
The successful introduction of processes and the implementation of corporate health
management (CHM) measures present major challenges for companies particularly those
with decentralized organization. The FAW GmbH, Academy in Jena, seeks to approach
this problem through different ways and means. In this pursuit, the daily challenges
that have to be surmounted include those related to allocation, the understanding
of the fundamentals of CHM by every employee as well as the visualization of activities
related to employee health.
